We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care.

• Provide skilled nursing care as per the physician’s care plan.
• Monitor and assess patients' health conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.
