Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support HR functions within a hospital or healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations tailored to the healthcare environment.

Recruitment & Staffing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
• Promote a healthy workplace culture that aligns with healthcare ethics.

Compliance & Records Management:

• Maintain updated records of licenses, credentials, and compliance requirements of healthcare staff.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies.

Training & Development:

• Coordinate continuous training programs on soft skills, compliance, and medical ethics.
• Maintain training logs and feedback systems.

Payroll & Attendance:

• Monitor attendance and leave records of hospital staff.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Performance Management:

• Assist in appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee evaluations.
• Maintain KPIs and suggest performance improvement plans.
