Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to join our team at Kaushal Interiors Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supervising interior projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and adhere to specified timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed design and drafting work to ensure accurate rendering of interior layouts.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for effective project planning, scheduling, and resource management in interior design projects.
• Competency in Revit to create three-dimensional models for visualization and analysis of design plans.
• Knowledge of Structural Analysis to assess the feasibility and design integrity of interior constructions.
• Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for integrating various aspects of a construction project's lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on all project sites.
• Expertise in Surveying Technology to accurately assess and document site conditions and measurements for planning purposes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors, ensuring project alignment and success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate project progression and solve on-site issues promptly.
• Supervise installation and construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications, quality, and budget requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and report any deviations or conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and quality assurance checklists.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery for project needs.
• Liaise with clients for project updates, feedback, and to ensure that their vision is represented throughout the stages.
