We are seeking a Junior Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The role requires a candidate with a solid background in procurement, with a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in effectively managing purchases and inventory for interior design projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in alignment with our company's standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in vendor management is essential for maintaining productive relationships and ensuring timely procurement of required materials. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong command over procurement analytics to drive data-informed purchasing decisions and optimize procurement processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with SAP Ariba is required to streamline sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations.
• Proficient in Oracle Procurement Cloud, enabling seamless integration and management of procurement processes with technology.
• Capability to negotiate contracts effectively, securing favorable terms and conditions while maintaining a focus on quality and cost considerations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles to ensure seamless flow of materials and minimize disruptions in project execution.
• Competency in data analysis with Excel, allowing for detailed examination of procurement data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Ability to develop and implement cost reduction strategies that align with company goals and project budgets, enhancing overall profitability.
