Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Engineer for our Bangalore location to join our dynamic team at Kaushal Interiors Pvt Ltd. This mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC Design, Plumbing Systems, and Electrical Design, along with proficiency in utilizing design tools and managing projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with client and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC Design, Plumbing Systems, and Electrical Design (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with AutoCAD, assisting in the creation and modification of detailed blueprints and layouts
• Skilled in Revit MEP for creating detailed and dynamic building information models
• Comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and applications
• Strong project management abilities to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• LEED Certification which demonstrates a commitment to sustainable building practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling the assessment and resolution of mechanical design issues
• Effective communication skills, essential for collaborating with design teams and stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement MEP systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP solutions
• Oversee on-site installation and testing of MEP components to ensure compliance with specifications
• Prepare detailed design documents, calculations, and technical specifications for review
• Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout project phases to maintain standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations to incorporate into design solutions
