Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Billing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience and will be responsible for managing the billing processes within our construction projects. This role requires specific expertise in handling project billing and contract administration that aligns with our standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in commercial interiors project billing, showcasing expertise in managing financial aspects of large projects efficiently.
• In-depth understanding and practical use of cost estimating software to ensure accurate financial forecasts and budgeting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD to interpret and utilize engineering drawings during project execution and billing procedures.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis to support billing processes.
• Strong project management skills to oversee billing operations and ensure timely implementation of project phases.
• Expertise in change order management to maintain budget integrity and incorporate project scope modifications smoothly.
• Solid understanding of contract administration to ensure billing activities comply with contractual terms and conditions.
• Must have experience in generating and tracking billing documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project billing, ensuring all invoicing is accurate and compliant with contract agreements.
