Job Title : International E-Commerce & Export Associate (Amazon & Website)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

Amazon Global Selling (B2C & B2B)

Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.).

Upload accurate product details (HS codes, ingredients, certifications).

Coordinate with FBA or 3PL partners for warehousing and delivery.

Ensure compliance with MSDS, shipping docs, and regulatory requirements.

Website International Sales (via Shopify / WooCommerce)

Assist in setting up international pricing, shipping, and payment gateways.

Enable seamless international checkout and manage export documentation.

Collaborate on creating localized landing pages and promotions.

Export Operations

Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners (DHL, Aramex, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.

Track and manage international order fulfillment.

Requirements:

1+ years of international e-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce).

Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, and export documentation.

Familiarity with global shipping, customs, and product compliance.

Strong communication in English (Hindi is a bonus).

Bonus Skills:

Experience with agri-inputs (fertilizers, pesticides).

Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify Analytics.
