Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Katyayani Organics. This position is based in our headquarters in Bhopal and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with our clients by offering our state-of-the-art agrochemical solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and HubSpot to manage client information, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients highlighting product benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to position our products more effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
