Job Description: -

• Agronomic Consultation: Provide agronomic expertise and personalized consultation to farmers and agricultural businesses, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.


• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our agricultural products and services, understanding their benefits and applications in different farming scenarios. Educate clients about the features and advantages of our products.


• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.


• Training and Presentation: Conduct educational presentations and training sessions on agricultural products and techniques. Utilize strong communication skills to educate Farmers about innovative agronomic solutions.


• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agronomic recommendations, and sales transactions. Prepare regular reports summarizing sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.


• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support, addressing Farmers inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any challenges faced by Farmers.


Qualifications: • BSc in Agriculture/ MSc Agronomy and related fields.


• Proven experience in agronomy, or agricultural consulting roles.

• Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and agronomic best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with farmers and Clients.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple farmers, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our clients
