Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Agronomist for a full-time position located in Bhopal. This role involves supporting our agricultural solutions with a focus on research and development. The ideal candidate will use state-of-the-art technologies to enhance productivity and ensure sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in crop modeling software is essential for simulating and predicting crop growth and yield under various conditions (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with integrated pest management is crucial for developing sustainable agriculture practices (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies is important for improving farming efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to utilize GIS software for spatial analysis and mapping to optimize agriculture field layouts.
• Skilled in soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and recommend necessary amendments.
• Data analysis skills using R or Python to manage and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
• Experience with remote sensing technologies to monitor crop health and detect potential issues early.
• Understanding of plant breeding techniques to support the development of high-yield crop varieties.
