This role involves providing expert agronomic advice, conducting market analysis, supporting sales efforts, and educating farmers on modern agricultural practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agronomy and a strong desire to help farmers succeed.

Agronomic Consultation

• Provide expert agronomic guidance to farmers and agricultural businesses.
• Offer personalized solutions based on specific regional and crop requirements.

Product Knowledge

• Gain in-depth understanding of company agricultural products and services.
• Educate clients on the benefits, applications, and usage of our offerings in various farming contexts.

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and assist in forming targeted sales strategies.

Training & Presentation

• Deliver informative presentations and hands-on training to farmers.
• Promote innovative farming techniques and product usage through effective communication.

Documentation & Reporting

• Keep detailed records of client interactions, agronomic recommendations, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback, market trends, and sales performance.

Customer Support

• Address farmer inquiries, concerns, and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of agronomists or field representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, set performance goals, and provide guidance to ensure team objectives are met.

Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana

🎓 Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Agriculture or M.Sc. in Agronomy or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in agronomy or agricultural consultancy
• Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and agronomic best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
• Strong commitment to customer service and client success
