#Hiring: Facade Design Engineer : (2-6 Years Exp) Candidates with Btech / BE in Civil or Mechanical 2-6 Years Experience In Facade Industry, BIM Modeling would be an added advantage.

• Study the architectural and structural drawings and identify the scope of work with respect to the BOQ.

• Collecting all the information related (PIC) to the Project Alum Finish (color), Glass Specification, ACP Panels, etc

• Quantity surveying based on tender documents

• Identify the additional/variation work to Team Leader/Estimation manager for approval.

• Prepare the Concept/Proposal drawing based on the scope of work.

• Select the suitable System based on the Structural report.

• Attending Kick off Meetings.

• Preparation of RFI Report.

• Preparation Critical connection drawing if any (3D).

• Preparing Drawing Schedule, Colour Charts, Glass Samples Accessories with coordination of the Planning Engineer etc

• Preparation of Documentation of various facade systems (Unitized, semi unitized curtain wall and spider glazing systems, Aluminium composite panel cladding, Balustrades, Louvers and canopies)

• Developing new Die drawings for Aluminium profiles and gaskets as per structural and architectural requirements.

• Preparation of Mock-up Drawings.

• Preparation of Shop drawings and maintain the proper documentation.

• Attend site meetings/Site Visit along with project team regarding technical issues.

• Coordination of Shop drawing comments with Team /Project Manager.

• Attend External/internal technical review meeting.

• Preparing material take-off as per approved drawings

• Preparation Site Survey Drawings

• Preparation of Aluminium Work Order in coordination with Site Survey.

• Preparation of Glass work Order.

• Preparation of Steel Work Order

• Preparation of Flashing Work order.

• Preparation of Installation drawing.

• Record the changes from approved drawing to prepare as built drawings.
