We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Architecture Business Development Head to join our team and drive our business expansion in these sectors.


Job Description:

As the Architecture Business Development Head for Hospitality, High-Rise Building, and Turnkey Projects, you will play a vital role in leading our strategic growth efforts and establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our architectural services to secure projects in the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey sectors.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

-       Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey project sectors.

-       Identify potential markets, clients, and opportunities for business expansion.

-       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to proactively position the company for success.

Client Relationship Management:

-       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including developers, hotel chains, contractors, and project owners.

-       Understand clients' needs, project requirements, and budgets to tailor architectural solutions that meet their expectations.

-       Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

-       Prepare and present compelling proposals, including architectural design concepts, project timelines, and cost estimates.

-       Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions that align with clients' objectives.

-       Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Marketing and Branding:

-       Develop marketing strategies and materials to promote the company's expertise in the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey project sectors.

-       Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

-       Leverage digital platforms and social media to showcase the company's portfolio and engage with potential clients.

Team Collaboration:

-       Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

-       Provide guidance and support to the design team to ensure design proposals are aligned with clients' requirements and industry standards.

-       Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

-       Proven track record in business development within the architecture or construction industry, specifically in the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey project sectors.

-       Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to architectural design and project delivery.

-       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.

-       Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

-       Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.

-       Proficiency in using CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
