BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

Katerra Design is hiring a Business Development Team Lead with experience in Architecture and Interior Sectors

The Company:

Katerra Design is an architecture and interior design firm. For 30 years we have been designing and delivering advanced workplace and healthcare design across the country.

Job Description:

·      Setting up new marketing strategies

·      Generating sales lead

·      Managing Customer relationship

·      Handling the business of all corporate customers

·      Analyze and produce reports on data provided by the customers campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity

·      Coordinating company representation at relevant conferences and exhibitions

·      Monitoring and optimizing key internet search engine campaigns

·      Manage the company’s presence on social media including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

·      Upgrade and update the company’s website

·      Create presentations for client pitches and constantly keep them updated.

·      Attend internal and external association meetings, consultant meetings and brokerage form

·      Candidate should be able to pitch the company to clients. This requires him/her to call, research and pitch on the phone as well as meeting in person.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

·      Bachelors degree preferably in Architecture

·      Experience of 5 years or more with demonstrable skills in business development experience in the building and interior design industry

·      Should have very good communication and presentation skills and should be excellent in online research

·      Resilient with a high level of motivation with result orientation.
