Job description

Responsibilities

· Responsible for preparing facade shop drawings, facade fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.

· Coordinate with client consultants such as architects, and structural to determine the best faade design outcomes.

· Project lead internally with respective team to allow deliverables to be issued to the client.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.

· Hands-on experience with facades like curtain walling, Roof Cladding, Rain screen, other cladding, etc.

· Should have an excellent idea about all basic facade design principles.

· Exceptional knowledge of all cladding materials.

· Ability to manage projects independently and be responsible.

· Knowledge in Autodesk Revit.

· Ability to deal with all professionals within the building industry, including Clients, Architects & designers, contractors, manufacturers, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelors in a relevant degree (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).

· Extensive familiarity with faade systems, faade design, and fabrication/manufacture.

· Knowledge of relevant international standards and codes for facades and services.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work in a small, but growing team, and be flexible to meet the varied demands of the company.
