Job Description:

• Very good oral and written communication skills
• only male candidates can apply.
• Reporting to Director
• Monitoring Housekeeping Staff.
• Ensuring clean office environment.
• EB Bills Following (A/C, Power Savings)
• Transports ( Overall Following)insurance,FC,
• Celebration of Function ( Birthday,Pongal,Diwali,etc)
• Assisting staffs for filing and arranging files
• Handle Employee grievance matters at HO and sites and resolve the issues that mandate.
• Responsible for formulating effective strategies to curb attrition in sites as well as branch offices.
• Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
• Responsible for liaising with legal and compliance officers and resolve any disputes.
• Prepare and design training schedule for all the technical departments.
• Submit Weekly Schedule and monthly MIS report of HR department to the Management.
• Responsible for conducting Exit interviews of separated staff and analyse the trend for employees.
