• Maintaining relationships with customers and prospects including customer service calls and email correspondence. 
• Work closely with sales representatives, importers, exporters, mill owners, etc. on a daily basis in order to maintain relationships with key stakeholders .

• Creating a social media presence to engage consumers for e-commerce business .
• Track market research data on competition & analyse comp shops to identify grey areas in retailer's product mix .
• Create forecasts for export sales volumes and revenues .

• Collaborate with internal departments to analyse export performance data.

• Manage textile trade shows and events .
• 
  
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

• Gain complete knowledge in manufacturing and costing of at least one product category in home textiles 
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements : 

• Diploma or Degree in textiles from a reputed institute with a Master's degree or post graduate diploma in Management form a reputed institute .
• Two years manufacturing experience in any segment of Textile industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English Language .
• Need to be proficient in computer skills .
• Need to be detail oriented , Persuasive, Team minded , committed , Versatile ,& progressive with an energising leadership style .
