Job Summary: Handling all activities of Fire Fighting Equipment’s - Technical, Commercial, Support to Tender team, Documentation, Project Execution (Client Interaction, Document Submission, Procurement, Material Supply etc.). Estimation & Business Development of Suppression Systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Main Role:
Firefighting Equipment’s:
Prepare Technical Documents, Price Schedule for Tendering/ Offer submission.
Validation of Technical Specifications with/ without Deviations.
Coordinate & assist Design team for designing systems as per the requirement of client.
Discussion & Resolution of Technical & Commercial aspects as well as queries of enquiries received & offers submitted.
Discussion of Technical & Commercial aspects of products/ systems with vendors.
Checking the Purchase order received and raise any clarification if there with client & accept the same.
To be the single point of communication with Client.
To coordinate with client for arranging meetings/ discussions regarding various aspects of project execution like Document Submission, Inspection, Delivery, Installation/ Supervision (if required).
Prepare, Submission & getting Approval of Technical Documents - Document Control Index, Technical Datasheets, Inspection Test Plan, Quality Assurance Plan of Orders received.
Coordinate with Engineering team, Quality team for timely execution of orders received.
Coordinate with Client, Vendors, Quality team, Engineering team for Inspection of Equipment’s.
Coordinate with Engineering team, Projects team for site related activities.
Projects (Gas Division):
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct Site Surveys & provide the inputs to the design team.
Prepare Estimates for Clean Agent Systems, Panel Based Suppression System.
