Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 1) Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.</li><li>Conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.</li><li>Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, letters, and integration into the company culture.</li></ul>2) HR Processes:<ul><li>Administer employee benefits, attendance, and performance management systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li></ul>3) Employee Engagement:<ul><li>Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide support for career development.</li></ul>4) Administration:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and general office operations.</li><li>Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with audits as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.</li></ul>5) Lifecycle Management:<ul><li>Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations, Exit formalities.</li><li>Guide career development and succession planning.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul> Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with HRIS (Spine HRIS experience is an advantage).</li><li>Experience with animation/CG/VFX industry-specific requirements and terminology.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with individuals and as part of a team.</li></ul> Working Days:<ul><li>Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)</li><li>All Sundays fixed off.</li></ul> Why Join KARCO?At KARCO, you'll be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong commitment to employee development and career growth.
