Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Oversee HR administration, including payroll, employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives and industry standards.
• Foster a positive company culture through engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Handle performance management, feedback systems, and career development programs.
• Manage and enhance the social media presence of company founders and the organization for employer branding.
• Plan and execute learning and development programs to upskill employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
• Understanding of HR policies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of payroll processing and employee engagement strategies
• Understanding of performance management systems
