Job description-
The job requires you to manage two aspects- marketing & sales. The details are as follows:
Marketing:
Promoting the services by talking to leads/ potential customers at marketing events
Managing the marketing tracker on a real-time basis
Coming up with ideas to improve the marketing process
Sales:
Driving up the conversions & enrolments by making sales pitches on calls
Satisfying all queries regarding the product, features, and services
Building, preserving, and maintaining strong relations with leads
Managing the sales tracker on a real-time basis
Coming up with ideas to improve the sales funnel & process
Academic & Professional requirements-
Graduation: BCOM, BA, BSC, others
Work-ex: Minimum 2 years work-experience in a sales or similar role
Skill requirements-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to pitch the product/ services to any caller/ walk-ins/ potential customers
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
