• Interacting and Gather information from the SME.

• Select, modify, or create a design and development model appropriate for a given project.

• Participate in multiple projects.

• Suggest instructional enhancements to the content assets so that the learning experience is superior.

• Identify the gaps in the content and fill them.

• Check if all the content assets follow the instructional guidelines.

• Do a thorough language review.

• Interact with graphic Designers and provide instructions and guidance in creating images.

• Interact with developers to explain functionality and ensure that it is done as per instructions.

• Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them.

• Ensure quality guidelines are followed.

• Analyze the content and create storyboards for CBT and WBT
