Develop corporate relations and strengthen the institutional alliance by conducting different event like round table discussion, Webinar, Guest lecture, Sr. Management submit, HR conclave, campus placements & Internship.
Ø Responsible for campus placements & internship
Ø Developed corporate relations and strengthen the institutional alliance to explore quality of career profiles in companies
Ø Responsible for managing the training, placements, networking with corporate across industry segment along with student’s placement coordinator
Ø Focusing overall placement and understanding the company's and client's requirement, sourcing them the right profile
Ø Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Ø Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Ø Key task is to bring in new clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate Clients. Prepare forecast to project employment needs.
Ø Work closely with the Executive team to provide strong leadership and direction.
Ø To improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, quality of companies that visit the campus and increase the average salaries year on year.
Ø Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases
Ø Advocate students as and when required to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
Ø Guide students for successful result at the interview, before the interview process Starts
Ø Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ø Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
Ø 10 years of Placement experience preferably in education sector
Ø Candidates with exposure and work experience in Edtech will be preferred
Ø Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
