·        Lead Management, Leads calling and generating prospects out of inquiries.

·        Assigning prospects leads to respective Sales Specialist.

·        Project Uploading on Website, & other portals.

·        Database Management required by any verticals.

·        Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

·        Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

·        Conduct all Administration work assigned & maintain high level of discipline, health, hygiene & cleanliness.

·        Scheduling, booking & conducting meetings with customers if required.

·        Property uploading on Portals e.g. Magicbricks, 99 acres and updating the same from time to time.

·        Handling CRM and performing all CRM Functions.

·        Collection of booking confirmation forms, maintaining & updating the Transaction Report & updating from time to time to Coldwell Banker Gujarat.

Co-Ordination with developer, channel partner, consultant & internal team.
