Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. The candidate should have expertise in Tableau and data visualization techniques, along with a strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Develop SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, manipulate, and aggregate data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, dashboards, and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure data security and integrity while working with sensitive information.
• Stay up to date with Tableau features, updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with hands-on experience in designing complex dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
• Experience in data modeling and working with large datasets.
• Understanding of ETL processes and integration of data from various sources.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate) is a plus.
