We are looking for a Solution Architect – Data Analytics to lead the design and implementation of modern analytics platforms and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, cloud infrastructure, business intelligence tools, and analytics frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, delivering scalable, high-performance data systems that drive insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end analytics solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, modeling, and visualization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture and solutions.
• Define and implement cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support analytics workloads.
• Create data integration strategies using ETL/ELT tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure solution alignment and performance.
• Lead data modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements like scalability, availability, and security.
• Champion best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Stay up to date on emerging analytics technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Talend).
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Solid knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Flink) and data lake architectures.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
• Understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks is a plus
