What You Will Do :

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

• Agile Project Management: Lead and manage Agile projects from initiation to completion, applying Scrum methodologies and best practices.

• Scrum Master: Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple development teams, fostering collaboration, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively address obstacles and dependencies that may impact project success.

• Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, product owners, and stakeholders. Encourage self-organization and continuous improvement within the teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates and reports.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project delivery. Implement and advocate for Agile best practices and tools.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through effective quality assurance practices. Monitor and report on product quality metrics.

• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members on Agile principles, practices, and techniques.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and project status reports.

What You Will Bring :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment.

• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Proficient in Agile tools and techniques.

• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.

• Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.

• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and address project risks and issues effectively.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Understanding of SDLC and software engineering principles. • Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
