We are seeking a passionate Educational Jr Business Development professional to join our team at Kshipra Academy's Chennai location. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with a maximum of 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing roles. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in sales and marketing, vital for promoting our programs and reaching potential students, enhancing enrollment and brand visibility.
- Ad management expertise, essential for creating, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase the academy's outreach. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in student counselling, offering guidance and support to prospective and enrolled students ensuring their educational journey is aligned with career objectives. (Mandatory skill)
- Solid background in vendor management and administration to maintain and develop beneficial relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in managing business operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and long-term strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase enrollments and expand program visibility within target markets.
- Conduct effective student counselling sessions, providing detailed information on course offerings, certification pathways, and career prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop ad campaigns that appeal to potential students and manage the outcomes effectively.
- Foster and manage strategic relationships with vendors to support academy operations and program delivery.
- Support the business operations manager in coordinating inter-departmental functions to ensure streamlined processes.
- Participate in project management tasks, contributing to the planning, execution, and review of key academy initiatives.
- Engage with prospective clients and partners to promote academy courses and certifications, utilizing sales and marketing expertise.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the professional training and coaching industry to adapt strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
