Position Title: Internal Auditor

Position Type: Permanent/Full time

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Qualification: Minimum B. com, Higher degree like ICWAI/Inter CA etc ( Only semi-qualified)

Experience : 4 to 7 years Experience in Audit firms / companies as Internal Auditor.

Experience with Leading Auditor Firm or company for Audit of multiple industries like Retail, Real

Estate and Real Estate Broking Company, Hotel and food as Auditor will be preferable.

Travelling to Branch Offices anywhere in India for Audit as and when required.

The position will be reporting to Chief Internal Auditor at Mumbai Corporate Office.

Expected Job Role

Carry out audit assignments of varied activities of Real Estate, Retail, Manufacturing, Food and other divisions.

Evaluate risks and controls; identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes.

Engage effectively with auditees on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow-up of action plan.

Experienced in Inventory Checks and controls as followed in Real Estate, Food , Retail & Manufacturing etc.

Systems Audit Audit of Systems and Procedures as laid Down for Sales, Delivery, Invoicing, Recovery, etc.

Financial Audit – Checking of Invoices, Payment Vouchers, Bills Updating, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation.

Taxation Related Matters including GST, RERA,and Audit of various compliance as required to be followed by listed limited company.

Desired Traits

Skill in handling people and staff in different environment and ensuring meaningful checks in short period

Understanding of Business and suggesting improvements, Changes if any. And able to work in Audit Team with confidentiality

Candidate must have skills to generate various MIS as per the business requirements.
