Job description

Responsibilities:

• Configuring the Prevalent Platform based on client requirements
• Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects
• Assisting team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation
• Liaising with stakeholders on project details and deadlines
• Presenting feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects
• Identifying, reporting and resolving key project issues
• Ensuring that all project and implementation related documents are up to date
• Experience successfully organizing and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure deadlines are achieved

Requirements:

• Must be a minimum graduate
• Exp - 4+ years of any GRC/ERP/CRM product Implementation experience
• Experience delivering client-facing services in industry-related organizations.
• Ability to problem solve and analysis of complex requirements
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in line with defined timescales
• Proactive, self-driven mentality, keen to improve and refine
• Work with other departments and colleagues to aid the successful completion of business priorities
• Showcase excellent organisational skills
• Be fluent in written and verbal English
• Maintain a personable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships
