Job Overview


We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable to join our collection team. As the Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection and management of outstanding payments. You will work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of any billing issues. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts receivable management. The job is located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates with MBA/ MCOM/CA/ ICW
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts receivable management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the collection and management of outstanding customer payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing
  • Resolve any billing issues and disputes with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare and analyze AR aging reports
  • Provide regular updates to the finance department on cash flow management
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries
  • Implement best practices and streamline AR processes for efficiency
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Manage a team of accounts receivable professionals
