We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily accounting functions , including accounts payable, receivables and general ledger entries
• Track project cost & expenses (labor, materials, sub-contractor & overheads)
• Maintain financial records for construction project
• Monitor Cash Flow
• Oversee payroll for workers and staffs
• Oversee VAT return preparation and submission
• Generate financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual)

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or any related field
