Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Manager for a full-time, mid-level position at our office in Bahadurgarh, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our purchasing strategy to ensure effective procurement of goods and services in alignment with company objectives. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, effective stakeholder engagement, and public relations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchase strategies that align with the organization's objectives and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure product quality and delivery reliability to meet the company's standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast supply and demand to prevent shortages or excessive surplus.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure efficient procurement of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Handle procurement-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee vendors management, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships with all vendors.
- Lead initiatives for finding new vendors to diversify and strengthen the company's supply chain.
- Conduct the purchase of raw materials efficiently to meet production requirements and optimize resource allocation.
