Job Overview

Kaiser Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Plant Head for a full-time, senior-level position based in Samba. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, championing efficiency and safety while managing production goals and ensuring quality standards. This position demands a dedicated leader with a proven track record in plant management as well as strong project management and workplace safety skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong track record in managing plant operations and teams effectively.
• Deep understanding and implementation experience in lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, essential for effective supply chain management.
• Experienced in utilizing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• In-depth knowledge of total quality management to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in production.
• Ability to drive change and manage complex projects to foster continual improvement within the plant setting.
• Possession of a Six Sigma Certification (Mandatory skill) to apply data-driven methodologies for process improvement.
• Proven project management experience (Mandatory skill) to oversee plant operations and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety compliance (Mandatory skill) ensuring all activities align with safety regulations and standards.
• Minimum years of experience in specialty chemicals is required.
