Job Overview
Kaiser Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Office Assistant for a full-time position in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operations of our office. The role requires proficiency in communication and organizational skills, ensuring coordination and efficiency across departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Email communication expertise with the ability to effectively correspond, ensuring clear and professional interaction with stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling the efficient creation and management of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proficient in Google Workspace to facilitate collaboration and streamline workflow processes across the team.
- Experience with QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial tracking and bookkeeping activities.
- Skilled in data entry, ensuring accurate input and management of various data sets and maintaining database integrity.
- Competency in calendar management for organizing meetings, appointments, and events to optimize time and resource efficiency.
- Familiarity with document management software to ensure proper filing, retrieval, and management of important documents.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal personnel, providing outstanding support and assistance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative duties including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure the office remains stocked with crucial materials.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling, room reservations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the finance department with simple bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping using systems like QuickBooks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the flow of information and support the execution of administrative projects.
