Job Overview

Kaiser Industries Limited is seeking a mid-level Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Samba, Gurgaon. This is a full-time position where the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities within our facility. The successful candidate will have expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in preventive maintenance: Ability to systematically plan and execute ongoing maintenance actions to prevent equipment failures. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing: Proven experience in applying lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies: Skilled in technologies that predict the need for maintenance before failures occur. (Mandatory skill)
• Should have ITI in Electrical.
• Should have building maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical skills in root cause analysis to diagnose machinery malfunctions and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems to manage and streamline maintenance processes effectively.
• Understanding of programmable logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintaining automated manufacturing processes.
• Exemplary leadership and team management abilities to guide maintenance teams towards achieving departmental goals.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and upkeep of all equipment.
• Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Driving the execution of lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
• Conducting regular inspections and root cause analysis to promptly address and resolve any mechanical issues.
• Managing the maintenance budget and resources effectively to maintain operations within allocated finances.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards and promoting a culture of safety.
• Collaborating with the R&D and production teams to align maintenance strategies with manufacturing objectives.
• Facilitating training sessions for team members to enhance technical skills and promote continuous improvement.
