Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Field Sales Manager for a full-time position based in Delhi or Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving sales efforts within the chemical manufacturing industry. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and comprehensive customer engagement skills to manage and expand our market presence effectively. The candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in chemical and B2B sales to excel in this position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess excellent proficiency with Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management for cultivating and maintaining long-term client partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong Territory Management skills to optimize market coverage and achieve sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM Software for effectively managing client interactions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven abilities in Lead Generation to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills to facilitate favorable agreements and fortify customer loyalty.
  • Solid Data Analysis capabilities to monitor sales performance and strategize improvements.
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • 10-15 years of experience in chemical and B2B sales.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in assigned territories.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular engagement and personalized service offerings.
  • Identify new market opportunities and channels to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Analyze current market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize data to measure sales performance and report insights to senior management for informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining a high level of integrity.
