We are seeking a senior-level Facility Management professional to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will oversee the management and operation of our facilities, ensuring all systems run efficiently to meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in managing and maintaining facilities within a chemical manufacturing or comparable industry environment.
• Proficient in building management knowledge with a focus on LT panel systems (mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in lift maintenance protocols and practices (mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with DG transformers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance (mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, securing advantageous terms and managing vendor relationships effectively.
• Ability to implement lean facility management techniques to optimize resources and reduce waste in facility operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance to create secure work environments.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of facility maintenance, ensuring all equipment and systems operate efficiently.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for systems including LT panels, lifts, and DG transformers.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to manage contracts and negotiate terms for facility-related service agreements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental laws and company policies within the facilities.
• Evaluate and report on facility management performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with safety teams to conduct routine safety inspections and drills as per compliance standards.
• Develop and implement plans for energy and waste management to enhance sustainability measures.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate efforts to address issues promptly and effectively.
