Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and content on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with external e-commerce platform teams to ensure optimal visibility and performance of our products.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Identify and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives and negotiate favourable terms and promotional opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on e-commerce performance, marketing initiatives, and sales growth.
Desired Skills & Experience
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the audio recording industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce marketing, preferably with an e-commerce brand selling on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
