Responsibilities

·        Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

·        Create captivating text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.

·        Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms in alignment with marketing strategies.

·        Engage with the online community by responding to comments and requests.

·        Monitor, track, and report feedback and online reviews.

·        Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.

·        Organize and participate in events to foster community building and increase brand awareness.

·        Conduct and host weekly Open Mic sessions at the Retail Store in Hennur

       Desired Skills & Experience

·        Proven experience in launching community initiatives, such as building online forums, implementing ambassador programs, organizing event series, and producing email newsletters.

·        Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.

·        Knowledge of current online marketing trends and marketing channels.

·        Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

·        The candidate will be required to regularly visit retail stores.

·        Having personal transportation is an added advantage.

·        Flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, as needed.
