Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge
Ensure the recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department
Ensure the compliance of the employees with all HR policies
Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies and educate them on the same
Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance.
Conducting exit interviews only to identify and learn the reason for resignation or termination
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
Exceptional understanding and knowledge regarding the HR cycle
Having leadership qualities and abilities
Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances
2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Executive
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
