Responsibilities

• Raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programmers in line with business objectives
• Design support in the development of Company Websites
• Support the sales through the design, implementation and monitoring of sales and marketing campaigns and materials
• Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest
• Coordinate with Brand Manager in developing a marketing plan and budget
• Analyze sales data and determine sales forecasts
• Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
• Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
• Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
• Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals
• Evaluate the current marketing program and recommend improvements.
• Help in identifying marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Develop an annual marketing plan for the BUs/categories across the entire Market

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent grammar and English writing skills are a must
• Strategic thinker and collaborative person who has the ability to work autonomously
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
• Hands-on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns for Amazon, Flipkart and E-Commerce site
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Mobility in travelling
• 2-4 years of proven work experience in the marketing department
• Masters's or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
