Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Mulesoft Integration Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead our integration efforts. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex integration solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires extensive knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and a proven track record in leading integration projects from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-level integration solutions.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of integration developers.

- Drive the strategy for Mulesoft implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define integration roadmaps.

- Lead the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies within the Mulesoft ecosystem.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in integration development.

Requirements/Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in integration development, with extensive expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale integration projects.

- In-depth knowledge of API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and best practices.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
