Key Responsibilities:

Luxury Property Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and property presentations to negotiations and deal closures.


Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, market pricing, and investment opportunities to provide expert guidance.


Property Showcasing: Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and personalized presentations to showcase premium properties.


Negotiation & Deal Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close high-value real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations.


Marketing & Networking: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop high-impact campaigns and participate in networking events to attract luxury clients.


Client Advisory: Provide tailored investment advice and insights to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
