We are seeking a motivated and energetic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time junior-level position designed for freshers who are eager to kickstart their careers in human resources. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment and HR operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms is mandatory for enhancing candidate sourcing and management processes.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is required for efficient data management and HR operations.
  • Strong skills in employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Ability in talent acquisition to identify and recruit top talent that aligns with company needs.
  • Competence in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and managers for seamless interview processes.
  • Understanding of payroll processing to assist in the accurate and timely compensation of employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using HRIS software.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding programs.
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate data entry and timely distribution of salaries.
  • Engage in talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and development.
