We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven High-Ticket Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Thillai Nagar, Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and closing high-value sales. Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with prospective leads, introducing our real estate projects and services.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and guiding them through the buying process.

Handle objections professionally and close high-ticket sales through persuasive communication.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Connect and engage with potential buyers on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Maintain an updated database of leads and track sales activities.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or high-ticket sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to generate leads and network on social media platforms.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

Prior experience in CRM tools is an advantage.
