We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack MERN Developer – Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Management, and GitHub. This role requires excellent leadership abilities to guide the development team, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and team productivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Manage databases including SQL and PostgreSQL efficiently.
• Handle AWS cloud services for deployment, hosting, and security management.
• Oversee version control and collaboration using GitHub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack MERN development.
• Strong experience in SQL and PostgreSQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Proficiency in GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team efficiently.
