We are seeking a junior-level Front Office Executive for our Spa in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. The incumbent will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient administrative processes within the spa environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer service skills, ensuring that all clients receive a welcoming and professional experience upon arrival.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling software to efficiently manage bookings and reduce scheduling conflicts.
  • Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • In-depth spa product knowledge to assist guests with product selection and provide relevant advice and recommendations.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities to address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Experience with CRM software to effectively manage client data and ensure personalized services for repeat clients.
  • Competence in operating multi-line phone systems for handling incoming calls and managing call transfers efficiently.
  • Understanding of front office operations including check-in/check-out procedures and administrative task management.

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage all front office operations including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, managing any changes and cancellations effectively to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Process transactions through the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Provide clients with product information and recommendations, enhancing their spa experience and promoting sales.
  • Resolve client issues or complaints to maintain positive customer relations and promote repeat business.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to support overall spa operations and contribute to an efficient work environment.
