Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal equipment performance (Mandatory skill).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical for designing electrical systems and layouts.
• Familiarity with PLC programming to execute automated tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Understanding of electrical safety standards to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
• Project management skills to lead electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Electrical wiring installation skills for creating efficient and effective electrical networks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to optimize machinery operation and lifespan.
• Interpret and apply electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Manage and oversee junior electricians and provide necessary training and guidance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential electrical hazards.
• Direct resource allocation and project management for electrical engineering projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility and operations objectives.
