Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in automating, managing, and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC). They will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Automation:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) for container orchestration.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate application deployment, monitoring, and scaling strategies.

Monitoring & Security:

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Ensure security best practices for cloud environments, including IAM, RBAC, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and automate security checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Collaboration & Troubleshooting:

• Work closely with developers to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex system and application issues in production and non-production environments.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts.
• Improve system performance and cost efficiency through cloud resource optimization.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for multi-tenant applications.
• AWS Cloud Management: Architect, deploy, and optimize AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53, and more to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Observability & Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog to enhance system reliability.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices using IAM policies, security groups, WAF, and vulnerability scanning tools to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Scaling & Performance Optimization: Design scalable architectures, implement auto-scaling strategies, and optimize resource utilization to handle high traffic loads.
• CI/CD Automation: Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline for seamless application deployment.
• Scripting & Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers, drive knowledge-sharing sessions, and establish best practices for infrastructure management.
